The 10th European CAF Users’ Event (April 2025, Warsaw) brought together 130 participants from 21 countries to explore the theme: “Smart Governance: People-Centred, Efficiency-Driven.” The event was organised in close cooperation with the European CAF Resource Centre at EIPA, the network of CAF National Correspondents and experts, with the support of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

1. Comprehensive Report on the 10th European CAF Users’ Event
The publication presents the key insights from the presentations and discussions, and it showcases the 18 Golden CAF cases that exemplify excellence in quality management across Europe’s public sector.
The event and the resulting report offer opportunities to learn directly from those who have navigated the path of transformation, often in challenging and complex contexts.
