Tomislav Mičetić

The Croatian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration

Tomislav Mičetić is Head of Service for Quality Management in Croatian Ministry of Justice and Public Administration (mpu.gov.hr). He has over 20 years of experience in areas of local self-government budget and fiscal management, internal audit management of the Ministry of Finance and design and execution of financial management and internal control as Secretary General. He took part in formulation and execution of previous and existing public administration reform strategy especially in quality management introduction and lead and participated in many projects and initiatives. He is Croatian national correspondent in the EUPAN CAF working group (www.eupan.eu).

Currently his main goal is coordination of quality management standards and process management introduction all public administration bodies based on CAF 2020, supported by various tools and methods, capacity building and IT system, as well benchmarking and benchlearning between Croatian PA bodies and across EU and OECD.

Foundation of quality management in public administration is effective human resources management and leadership, where implementation of staff wellbeing management methods and tools is becoming more and more important in ever changing environment.
