Dr. Snezha Kazakova has a background in Psychology and holds a PhD in Communication Science from Ghent University. She is Head of Sector within the Innovation in Policymaking Directorate at the Joint Research Centre of the Commission. Her team uses insights from behavioural and organisational science to improve collaboration, build knowledge management strategies, and promote communities of practice.
