Noémie Sadler has been a solicitor at the Luxembourg Bar since 2016. After obtaining a law degree from the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg, she enriched her career with a year-long ERASMUS exchange at King’s College London. She then continued her studies with a master’s degree in human rights at the University of Strasbourg.
With several years of experience in two law firms, Ms Sadler founded her own firm, Étude SADLER, in 2020. She practises mainly in criminal law and fundamental rights, areas that are central to her professional commitment.
As a lawyer, Me Sadler is also a member of the Luxembourg Association of Criminal Lawyers, the editorial board of the Revue pénale luxembourgeoise, and the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA).
Since 2024, Me Sadler has been President of the Consultative Commission on Human Rights (CCDH), an independent body responsible for advising the Luxembourg government and promoting the protection of human rights in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. She is regularly invited by the media to discuss human rights issues in Luxembourg and to present legal opinions published by the CCDH.
