Nina Langerholc Cebokli

Demos Helsinki

Nina Langerholc Cebokli is a Transformation Lead and a Member of the Board at Demos Helsinki. She has over 15 years of experience across the public, private, and NGO sectors, driving transformative initiatives in innovation, organisational design and development, governance, and strategy.
Throughout her career, Nina has worked with more than 100 organisations, ranging from start-ups to large corporations and public institutions, on conceptualising, planning, and implementing change at the team, organisational, and system levels.
Before joining Demos Helsinki, Nina held several leadership roles in the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, including serving as Chief of Staff at the Ministry for Public Administration, where she led modernisation efforts and the integration of innovation into public administration. She was appointed as a representative of the Centre of Government and coordinated international collaborations with the OECD, the European Commission, and other governments.
In addition to her government work, Nina has served in trusted leadership positions, including Member of the Board of the European Organisation Design Forum, Member of the Board of Young Managers of Slovenia, and Member of the Board of YOUNG Platform at the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia, where she also mentors young leaders.
