Michael Ahr is the owner and managing director of a public sector consulting firm based in Cologne and Berlin. He advises public administrations at municipal, regional and federal levels in Germany on organisational development, HR transformation, and administrative modernisation. With a background in public administration and two master’s degrees in Public Administration and Organisation Studies, he combines strategic thinking with a strong practical orientation.

Michael regularly leads seminars and workshops on topics such as digitalisation, talent development, performance management and HR strategy. He is the author of several specialist publications on public sector HR and is known for his ability to facilitate structured, engaging and results-oriented learning experiences.
