Kees Dol is a housing market and housing finance researcher at RIGO Research & Advisory in Amsterdam. Currently, he conducts studies on affordable home ownership and housing markets in the Netherlands. From 1999-2020, he worked at TU Delft, where he received a PhD on a series of articles on Western European home ownership markets and the Global Financial Crisis. He was involved in the Housing chapter in a previous edition of the Public Sector Performance project.
