Florian Poncin

Ad. Astra – Avocats à la Cour

Florian Poncin holds a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Louvain and an LL.M (postgraduate Master’s) from Queen Mary University of London (specializing in Intellectual Property and Privacy Law). He co-founded the law firm “Ad. Astra – Avocats à la Cour” in Luxembourg and primarily advises clients on data protection matters. He is a member of the editorial board and regularly publishes articles in the journal Jurisnews – Intellectual Property and Digital Law. He also serves as a board member for a non-profit organisation committed to data protection (“APDL”) and teaches at the University of Luxembourg as a part-time lecturer for the course “Law for Computer Scientists.”
