Christine von Reichenbach is Deputy Director of the Agence pour le développement de l’emploi (ADEM), Luxembourg’s public employment service since 2019, where she oversees internal services such as Human Resources, Process and Project Management, the Contact Centre, Infrastructure and Facility Management, and Information Technology. After graduating in Business Administration from the University of Osnabrück, she began her career in process optimisation and software engineering before taking on leadership roles in both the private and public sectors. Her experience spans consulting, ICT management, and digital transformation, including positions at Mummert + Partner and Luxembourg Air Rescue. From 2007 to 2014, Christine worked as a Consulting Manager in the Public Sector practice at PwC Luxembourg, advising government entities on organisational and digital transformation. In 2014, she joined the Luxembourg Civil Service, heading the Document Solutions department at the Centre des technologies de l’information de l’État (CTIE). Her career reflects a strong commitment to innovation, digitalisation, and operational excellence within the public sector.
