Professional experience

Christina is a well-being and psychosocial risk prevention adviser and the manager of the European Parliament’s mental health programme.

She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and has been trained in psychosocial risk management. Her passion has always been to support individuals and teams in improving their satisfaction at work and beyond. After working as a psychologist counselling individuals and groups, she moved to HR and to the field of occupational health with the vision to help create a culture of inclusiveness, support and psychological safety at work.

She has been working in the Prevention and Well-being at Work Unit since 2019, in the fields of mental health and psychosocial well-being. She has been coordinating and leading projects related to mental health promotion and prevention, to psychosocial support and to providing advice and expertise for HR policies and processes. She has been organising awareness-raising events and their communication on mental health and well-being topics. She is also a certified Mental Health First Aid trainer, delivering courses to staff and managers of the European Parliament.
