Bruno Monteiro

OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation

Bruno Monteiro is a Policy Analyst at the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI). Previously, he coordinated the Experimentation Lab for Public Administration (LabX), a safe space for researching, co-creating, and testing innovative public services. Among other roles, he served as the point of contact for the Open Government Partnership (OGP) and the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI), and was also the co-chair of the Digital Democracy Thematic Group (eLeaders).

Bruno holds a PhD and an MA in Sociology from the University of Porto.
