Björn Hölbling

Björn contributed to the design and creation of the interactive Power BI dashboards, visualising the data from each policy area. He joined EIPA Maastricht in 2020; he works as a Digitalisation Officer and Researcher in the fields of Digitally-enhanced Learning & Effective Public Administration.

Björn has a double-MSc degree in Public Policy & Human Development from Maastricht University and UNU-MERIT and a BSc in International Business from the School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University.
