Anke Krause is a counsel at Linklaters LLP, based in Frankfurt, and has been advising clients in the healthcare sector for well over 10 years.

She has specialised experience in domestic and international dispute resolution with a particular focus on product liability cases, post-M&A arbitration, and corporate and commercial disputes. A skilled litigator, she regularly represents clients in technically complex cases before courts, arbitral tribunals, and out-of-court negotiations.

Since the beginning of her career, Anke has maintained a strong focus on clients in the healthcare sector and has extensive experience working with and challenging experts on the intricacies of medical and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
