Ajda Turk is a member of the Steering Team at the Center of Excellence in Finance (CEF) and leads the Leadership and Learning Ecosystems team. She also oversees the Learning and Knowledge Ecosystems thematic area. She drives the development and implementation of innovative projects focused on knowledge management and learning methodologies, helping public institutions evolve into learning organisations. These projects contribute to better and more innovative governance within the public sector by fostering adaptive leadership and collaborative learning practices. Ajda is passionate about enhancing the quality of the CEF learning programme and creating environments that support continuous growth and transformation. With over fiveteen years of experience in adult learning and project implementation, Ajda specialises in leading teams, change management, organisational learning, and knowledge management. She combines deep expertise in learning methodologies with strong interpersonal skills to create impactful changes within public institutions. An advocate for adaptive leadership and neuroscience-informed practices, Ajda brings a comprehensive approach to transforming learners, teams, organisations, and learning communities. Her work spans intercultural environments across South East and Eastern Europe.
