About the event

This group discussion aims to enhance participants’ understanding and application of the European Investigation Order (EIO) in cross-border criminal cases. It will cover:

  • EIO Legal Framework: Overview of Directive 2014/41/EU, scope, authorities, and procedures;
  • Practical Application: Case study and peer discussions to develop hands-on skills.

Target Group: Judges, prosecutors, and defence lawyers from KSSIP and other relevant institutions.

Format: Interactive session with a short lecture, case study, and discussions. Learning materials will be provided after the session.

Simultaneous interpretation available in French and Polish.

The event is part of the DIGICRIM project, which is co-funded by the European Union and is being implemented by EIPA Luxembourg – European Centre for Judges and Lawyers (ECJL) in partnership with KSSIP – Krajowa Szkola Sadownictwa I Prokuratury in Poland.
