Anti-Corruption in Public Procurement: Digital Solutions
This course will help you gain knowledge of the EU anti-corruption policies in public procurement and skills in identifying and preventing corruption in procurement procedures.
Our course will be focused on:
- The Anti-Corruption Regulatory Framework
- The risk indicators in Public Procurement
- The digitalisation of Public Procurement as a response to corruption-related phenomena
- The corruption as an exclusion criterion in Public Procurement procedures
- The professionalisation of public administrators in dealing with corruption-related issues in public procurement

Methodology
The course will be delivered online, involving a series of lectures, case studies and examples, with enough time to allow participants to ask questions in an interactive way. Interactive learning activities will be employed throughout all sessions, using Mural and Slido.
This course will guide you through the EU anti-corruption policies in public procurement and will equip you with the skills in identifying and preventing corruption in procurement procedures. This is a unique opportunity to acquire the tools and capacity needed to be abreast of the latest developments in the field.
At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of attendance. You will also gain access to our online learning platform, where you will have all the presentations used during the course and additional reading materials.
The course is intended for those who deal with public procurement (lawyers, judges, auditors, managing authorities, etc.), officials from national, sub-national authorities and other public bodies in EU Member States and candidate countries, as well as from the European institutions, agencies and bodies.

EIPA member fee
EIPA offers a discount to all civil servants working for one of EIPA’s supporting countries, and civil servants working for an EU institution, body or agency
Who are the supporting countries?
Civil servants coming from the following EIPA supporting countries are entitled to get the reduced fee: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden.
For all other participants, the regular fee applies
Early bird discount
The early bird discount is not cumulative with other discounts or promo codes, except for the EIPA member fee.
Loyalty coupon
As a token of appreciation we offer all our participants a loyalty coupon for one of our future courses. The offer can be shared with colleagues and relevant networks. Confirmation

Payment
Prior payment is a condition for participation.
Cancellation policy
For administrative reasons you will be charged € 50 for cancellations received within 7 days before the activity begins. There is no charge for qualified substitute participants.
EIPA reserves the right to cancel the activity up to 1 week before the starting date. In that case, registration fees received will be fully reimbursed.
