During 2008‐2009 a CAF was implemented in the framework of the Greek Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs with the aim to offer quality services to Greek citizens.
Specifically, the CAF was applied in the Directorate for Exams Organization and Management. The application pointed out significant results. Among other enlightening conclusions, it was strongly highlighted that an area for further improvement as regards e‐services at the Ministry of Education needs to be developed. As a consequence an innovative application in this direction was applied.
