About the event
This group discussion aims to enhance participants’ understanding and application of the European Investigation Order (EIO) in cross-border criminal cases. It will cover:
- EIO Legal Framework: Overview of Directive 2014/41/EU, scope, authorities, and procedures;
- Practical Application: Case study and peer discussions to develop hands-on skills.
Target Group: Judges, prosecutors, and defence lawyers from KSSIP and other relevant institutions.
Format: Interactive session with a short lecture, case study, and discussions. Learning materials will be provided after the session.
