Professional Experience

Delphine Moretti, a French national, is a Senior Policy Analyst in the OECD Budgeting and Public Expenditure Division. She is responsible for the conduct of country-specific reviews and OECD-wide analysis in the area of public financial management. Her recent assignments include reviews of financial management in France, Sweden and the European Union. She also leads the Division’s work on financial management and reporting.

Prior to joining the OECD, Delphine served in the International Monetary Fund (IMF), within the Fiscal Affairs Department, where she assisted several countries in introducing a range of budgetary reforms and improving their fiscal transparency. She also worked for the French administration, at the Ministry of Budget and Supreme Audit Institution (Cour des Comptes). She holds a Master’s degree from Sciences Po, Paris and the University of Aix-Marseille (France).
