10 reviews for Data Protection Compliance in the EU: Advanced Training Course incl. certification

  1. Rated 4 out of 5

    satish sule

Most presentations were very thorough, detailled and the presenters were very knowledgeable

  2. Rated 4 out of 5

Despite many attendees were from EU institutions/bodies very little time was consacrated to the new Regulation EU 2018/1725. Case law a bit too short: they should have explained some cases in much more detail.
Very good group exercises, but too little time for conclusions, written replies with bullet points would have been very useful. One introductory course summarising the main changes and highlighting principles so afterwards no more need to repeat them; so we would have more time for remedies, liability and penalties; more tips on how to carry out a DPIA, risk assessment and breach data notification, how monitoring reporting documented processing activities, and less time on international data transfers. Missing a bit more info on new technologies: cloud etc.

  10. Rated 4 out of 5

    Jorge del Rio (verified owner)

This course is highly recommended for current and future Data Protection Officers. The facilities of the course are perfect, however, I think it should be better planned as there were little, or nothing at all, time for discussions. Some presentations were really awesome, whereas there were others that give very little added value
