The European Public Sector Award (EPSA) in collaboration with the EU CAF Resource Centre has launched a free of charge workshop on Common Assessment Framework (CAF): Quality Management for National, Regional and Local Actors, to take place online on 25 April.
Continuous self-evaluation process within public administration is a premise for efficient and high-quality public services. Managers, together with employees, can improve their organisation by using the Common Assessment Framework (CAF), a quality tool for good governance and excellence in the public sector, developed by EIPA together with EUPAN network.
If you have never worked with CAF before, then join our half-day training session. It will provide you with the basic introduction to the CAF model and how it can be used to improve the quality management in your team and/or your entity. In the context of the post-pandemic recovery, the CAF2020 supports public services at all levels of government with a particular focus on digitalisation, agility, sustainability, innovation, collaboration and participation as well as diversity.
