Xavier is an expert in the EU Structural Fund’s national and regional programmes (programming, project preparation, project management, evaluation). Xavier has experience in European Territorial Cooperation and other EU programmes such as LIFE, Horizon 2020, URBAL, ENI, etc. in project preparation and project management. Xavier also has experience in lobbying on EU policies related to urban and regional issues. Xavier has a good knowledge of European and international networks.
