Professional experience

Tim De Bondt is Principal Advisor on EU Affairs for the Belgian Senate, where he coordinates the subsidiarity check and political dialogue, and is representative of the Belgian Senate in the European Parliament.

He is responsible for the Secretariat of the EU Affairs Committee of the Belgian federal parliament, and the Secretariat of the Belgian delegations to the Conference of Parliamentary Committees for Union Affairs of Parliaments of the European Union (COSAC), the Conference of experts of the EU parliaments, the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group on Europol and the Interparliamentary Conference on Stability, Economic coordination and Governance in the EU.
