Solveig Waaler

Solveig has a Bachelor in physiotherapy, a Master in social anthropology and has for many years been working as a Senior Advisor in The Norwegian Welfare Association (NAV). She has a portfolio of enterprises both in the public and private sectors, advising on organisational learning and development. Solveig is member of the research group of #Læringslivet where the main focus is employee-driven innovation in public care work.
