Natalia Nolan Flecha

Natalia Nolan Flecha has over a decade of experience at the OECD working in the areas of public employment, budgeting and public financial management, and public integrity. Natalia was Project Co-ordinator of the OECD’s Government at a Glance, the OECD’s flagship database and publication on measuring public sector performance across several management domains, and has led several OECD peer reviews (Spain, Mexico). Natalia’s current research focuses on civil service reform, including strategic HRM systems, promoting diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Natalia Nolan Flecha holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
