Dr Godefroy de Moncuit de Boiscuillé joined the European Institute of Public Administration in 2021, where he is currently a lecturer (Maitre de conférences) and the Director of the Master in European Legal studies offered in partnership with the University of Lorraine. He also holds research and teaching positions at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris 2 Pantheon Assas. His researches mainly focus on Competition Law, Economic Law, EU Digital Law, and Artificial Intelligence Law.
Before joining EIPA, Godefroy was a postdoctoral fellow at Utrecht University School of Law and Paris Pantheon Assas University. He has also worked in private practice at Dentons law firm.
Godefroy holds a Ph.D. in Law and obtained the french qualification of “Maître de conférences” delivered by the National Council of Universities (Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation). He also successfully passed the Paris bar exam. Godefroy has received several academic distinctions: he has published a book, which has been awarded the Concurrences Best PhD Award and the international Jacques Lassier Prize. He was also granted the IOS research ‘seed money’ funding (round 13) which rewards an ‘innovative research proposal of high academic quality with a significant social impact’.
