With 15 years of experience in programme and innovation management and over 20 years in the public sector, Giulietta is a key player in government digitisation. Giulietta truly believes that connecting with society leads to sustainable change, better innovative public services, open and fair institutions. At ICTU, she manages portfolios of innovation projects, connecting scientific institutes, government, IT suppliers, and citizens. In recent years, she had set up and led strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystems, such as Digicampus and GovTechNL. Giulietta ensures the sustainability of collaborations by steering the strategic direction, governance model, and essential partnerships. Her focus on balancing technology with practical use and innovation with workable solutions sets her apart in driving successful digital initiatives.

Currently she is helping the Dutch Tax Administration connect to systems and technologies citizens use in their daily life, setting up partnerships with other governmental organizations and private partners for the collection of taxes and introducing new technological solutions.
