Erika Landi

Director for HR Support and Social Services at the European Parliament

Erika Landi is Director for HR Support and Social Services in the EP and as such since 2016 responsible for occupational health services, prevention and protection at work, medical absence management and diversity and inclusion. In a broader perspective, she leads operations and initiatives to enhance the quality of the workplace in the EP including hybrid working, health promotion, with the broad goal to foster in the EP a healthy, safe and inclusive workplace. She intensively contributed to delivering the specific health services during the pandemic.

She is a Chartered Fellow at CIPD and holds degrees in Germanistik and philosophy. She specialized in topics as leadership, organisational development, and learning. She is passionate about HR innovation and the power of people as driver for organisational renewal.
