HR expert, passionate about employee wellbeing and strong believer in human-centric organizations. She has started her career at the European Parliament in 2014, when she joined the Prevention and Wellbeing at Work Unit, and since 2017, she has been advising Director for HR Support and Social Services.

At the EP, she has been leading strategic projects and initiatives in the field of workplace transformation (e.g. teleworking, hybrid working), employer attractiveness, and mental health. She also teaches Mental Health First Aid course, a flagship project under EP’s Mind Matters programme. As a strategic thinker, curious by nature, she is always on the lookout for opportunities to help organizations grow and develop.
