Mag. Andreas Buchta-Kadanka is the Director of Pension and Parental Leave Law, HR-Auditing, Staffing Plan, Performance Management, Administrative Innovation within the Austrian Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport. Over the last 20 years, Mag. Buchta-Kadanka served the Austrian federal civil service with his extensive expertise in public management and administrative reform in various leadership positions, including as the main advisor on civil service-related matters to the Minister. Mag. Buchta-Kadanka studied Law at the University of Vienna.
