Adrian Brown is a Consultant at the major international law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills, specialising in EU and UK public procurement law.  Based in the firm’s Brussels office, Adrian has been advising clients on all aspects of procurement law for almost 30 years.  His clients include major UK contracting authorities such as Transport for London, the London Legacy Development Corporation and High Speed 2 (HS2) Limited.  He also advises suppliers on their participation in public tendering procedures.

Adrian has also spoken at numerous conferences and written many published articles on the subject of EU procurement law.  For over 25 years, Adrian has been Assistant Editor of the Public Procurement Law Review, to which he regularly contributes commentaries on EU case law on procurement.

Adrian is qualified as an Advocaat in Belgium and as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
