Continuous self-evaluation process within public administration is a premise for efficient and high-quality public administration. Especially in times of crisis, a reliable, methodologically well-developed and user-friendly quality management tool is crucial for successful delivery of public services. This is why, we invite you to join our next edition of ‘EIPA in conversation with’, to get familiar with the functionalities of the EFQM and CAF models.
This session will focus on direct experiences and practical examples of CAF and EFQM in use, as well as lessons learnt shared by the experienced users of the models.
Common Assessment Framework (CAF) is a quality tool for good governance and excellence in the public sector, developed by the EUPAN network with the support of the CAF National Correspondents and EIPA. In the context of the post-pandemic recovery, the CAF2020 supports public services at all levels of government to focus on digitalisation, agility, sustainability, innovation, collaboration and participation as well as diversity.
