Ramon joined EIPA Maastricht in January 2023 as a Research Assistant, in the EU institutions and policy-making team. Previously, he worked as an Intern in the Evaluation and Impact Assessments team for six months at EIPA Maastricht. During his internship, he was part of the team working on the Training Manual on the Mainstreaming of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU in Impact Assessments, and assisted in the delivery of training courses on Better Regulation.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political and Administration Sciences from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, as well as a Master of Arts in European Studies, with a specialisation in Global Policy and Governance Challenges from Maastricht University.
