Godefroy Moncuit de Boiscuillé
European Law, Competition Law, Technology and AI Law
Dr Godefroy Moncuit de Boiscuillé is an external expert at EIPA. He is currently an Associate Professor of Law at the Université Côte d’Azur; and Co-Director Chair of Competition and Digital Economics at Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
He has published a book which has been awarded the Concurrences Best PhD Award and the international Jacques Lassier Prize. Godefroy was recently granted the IOS research ‘seed money’ funding (round 13) which rewards an “innovative research proposal of high academic quality with a significant social impact”. His expertise covers mainly European Law, Competition Law, Technology Law and the Law of Artificial Intelligence.
