Training Andorran Public Administrators on International Negotiations
In November 2023 EIPA delivered the third part of a course dedicated to international negotiation techniques with the general objective of strengthening the capacities of the Andorran representatives to defend their mandate during an international conference or negotiation.
The project, supported by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OiF), is led by EIPA in partnership with the Andorran Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a collaboration that has been ongoing since 2017.
The course is tailored for representatives and senior officials of the Andorran diplomatic corps and it aims at providing them with training and tools to overcome the challenges of preparing and coordinating negotiations; before, during and after an international multilateral conference or negotiation.
