Feasibility study for the establishment of a European Diplomatic Academy
Between May and November 2022, EIPA conducted a study – commissioned by the European External Action Service (EEAS) – as a lead in a consortium with the European University Institute (EUI) and the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS). The study aimed at highlighting the existing options for the legal, administrative and financial establishment of a future European Diplomatic Academy (EDA), including its governance structure.
The final Feasibility Study report was produced in English and included:
