Research Assistant
Lena Heidler (DE), joined EIPA in 2006 as a Student Assistant and was recruited as a Research Assistant for Unit II in 2008. Within the Unit, her fields of expertise mainly encompass Quality Management with a special focus on the Common Assessment Framework (CAF). She graduated from the University of Maastricht in 2006 (BA European Studies) and 2008 (LL.M European Law). Additionally she holds a Minor in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen in 2006. Before joining EIPA she gained professional experience in the press department of the Dresdner Bank, Germany, initially as an Intern and then later as a Student Assistant, and also at the Danish consultancy, Nordisk Kommunikation, as a Research Assistant.

Lena Heidler (DE) est entrée à l’IEAP en 2006 en qualité d’étudiante assistante et a été recrutée comme assistante de recherche dans l’unité II en 2008. Au sein de l’unité, ses domaines de compétence sont principalement la gestion de la qualité et en particulier le cadre d’auto-évaluation des fonctions publiques (CAF). Diplômée de l’Université de Maastricht en 2006 (BA Etudes européennes) et en 2008 (LL.M Droit européen), elle a également obtenu un certificat (Minor) en sociologie de l’Université de Copenhague en 2006. Avant de rejoindre l’IEAP, elle a acquis une expérience professionnelle au service Presse de la Dresdner Bank en Allemagne, comme stagiaire pour commencer, puis comme étudiante assistante. Elle a également travaillé dans la société de conseil danoise Nordisk Kommunikation en qualité d’assistante de recherche.
