Frank LAVADOUX is a Senior Lecturer in the European Decision Making Unit and responsible for several programmes, including the seminars on European negotiations. He has a degree in marketing, international trade and financial engineering from the University of Paris XII (FR) and the Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire in Paris, and is also qualified in the use of psychological tools such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator).
He started his career in the banking world and then became head of a consultancy firm specialised in human resources, intercultural management and international negotiations.
His fields of specialisation mainly concern psychological, behavioural and intercultural aspects but also the role of communication in Community decision-making processes.
He is involved in training activities intended for national and European officials and leads consultancy missions at various directorates-general of the European institutions.
