Julia Bosse (DE) joined EIPA Barcelona in 2012 as a Research Assistant, notably for the European Public Sector Award (EPSA) and related activities. She holds an MA in European Union Studies from the University of Leiden (NL) and a German-French BA from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (DE) and the University of Nanterre Paris X (FR) in Intercultural European and American Studies/Applied Foreign Languages. She is fluent in German (mother tongue), English and French and has an intermediary level of Spanish.
From 2011 to autumn 2012, she worked as project officer at the European Universities Continuing Education Network (EUCEN), where she co-developed and co-managed the daily business of several projects funded by the European Union's Lifelong Learning Programme. Prior to that, she assisted in the European Public Sector Award 2011 as an intern and supported a range of activities in the area of EU regional policies and EU funds at EIPA’s Antenna in Barcelona.
