Lecturer
Igor Dizdarevic is a Lecturer at EIPA’s Luxembourg Centre. He holds a Bachelor and Master degree in International Law, from Jean Moulin Lyon III University. He also holds a bilingual French/Spanish Master degree from the Institut d’Etudes politiques de Paris (Sciences Po, Paris) with a focus on EU affairs and public administration. His professional experience includes positions as parliamentary assistant (French parliament), as well as legal researcher and lobbyist on EU environmental law and policy for a major French environmental company in Brussels. Since 2007, he has worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg, preparing proposals for and implementing EU funded projects in the field of Structural Funds, as well as infrastructure projects in environment, energy, transport, water management, etc. He has also provided consultancy services for the European Commission and the European Investment Bank, designing trainings and drafting guides and manuals for national officials in EU Member States and neighbouring countries.

Igor Dizdarevic est chargé de cours au Centre Luxembourg de l’IEAP. Titulaire d’une licence et d’un master en droit international de l’Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, il possède également un master bilingue français/espagnol de l’Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po, Paris), spécialité Affaires européennes et administration publique. Il a acquis une expérience professionnelle en qualité d’assistant parlementaire (Parlement français), puis de chercheur juridique et lobbyiste en matière de droit et de politique communautaire de l’environnement pour une grande éco-entreprise à Bruxelles. À partir de 2007, il a travaillé comme consultant pour PricewaterhouseCoopers Luxembourg, où il était chargé de préparer des propositions pour l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre de projets financés par l’UE dans le domaine des Fonds structurels, mais aussi de projets d’infrastructure en matière d’environnement, d’énergie, de transport, de gestion des eaux, etc. Il a également réalisé diverses missions de conseil pour le compte de la Commission européenne et de la Banque européenne d’investissement, qui l’ont amené à concevoir des formations et à rédiger des guides et manuels à l’intention des fonctionnaires des États membres de l’UE et des pays voisins.
