Cosimo Monda is Senior Lecturer in the field of European Information Management and Head of Information, Publications, Documentation and Marketing services (IPD&M) at the European Institute of Public Administration. He studied law at the universities of Bologna. He was a trainee at the European Commission, after which he was offered a position as 'agent auxiliare'. Prior to joining EIPA, from 1994-2002, he was Research Associate at the European University Institute in Florence, working on various research projects. He was project manager, consultant on European information Management for various international institutions. Cosimo Monda has participated in many national and European projects relating to the information society in general. He is also an expert in numerous software programmes relating to the design of websites, databases, web editing, web language, graphic tools and long distance learning. Curriculum Vitae

Cosimo Monda est maître de conférences en gestion de l’information européenne et responsable des services Information, Publications, Documentation et Marketing (IPD&M) à l’Institut européen d’administration publique. Il a étudié le droit à l’Université de Bologne. A l’issue de son stage à la Commission européenne, il a été engagé comme agent auxiliaire. Avant de rejoindre l’IEAP, de 1994 à 2002, il a travaillé sur différents projets comme associé de recherche à l’Institut universitaire européen de Florence. Par ailleurs, il a été gestionnaire de projets et consultant en gestion de l’information européenne auprès de plusieurs institutions internationales.
