Senior Lecturer
Frank LAVADOUX is a Senior Lecturer in the European Decision Making Unit and responsible for several programmes, including the seminars on European negotiations. He has a degree in marketing, international trade and financial engineering from the University of Paris XII (FR) and the Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire in Paris, and is also qualified in the use of psychological tools such as MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). He started his career in the banking world and then became head of a consultancy firm specialised in human resources, intercultural management and international negotiations. His fields of specialisation mainly concern psychological, behavioural and intercultural aspects but also the role of communication in Community decision-making processes. He is involved in training activities intended for national and European officials and leads consultancy missions at various directorates-general of the European institutions.

Frank LAVADOUX est Maître de conférences au sein de l'Unité Processus décisionnel européen et responsable de plusieurs programmes dont les séminaires de négociations européennes. Diplômé en marketing, commerce international et ingénierie financière de l'Université Paris XII (F) et du Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire à Paris, il est aussi certifié à l'utilisation d'outils psychologiques tels que le MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). Il débute sa carrière en milieu bancaire puis prend la direction d'un cabinet de consultants spécialisé dans les ressources humaines, le management interculturel et les négociations internationales. Ses domaines de spécialisation sont principalement orientés vers les aspects psychologiques, comportementaux et interculturels mais aussi le rôle de la communication dans les processus de négociations communautaires. Il intervient dans le cadre d'activités de formation destinées aux fonctionnaires nationaux et européens et mène des missions de conseil auprès de différentes directions générales des institutions européennes.
