The highly secure part of this system stores personal data on all
Bulgarian citizens, which can be accessed by government employees.
Its other free public services include the "web access to election
rolls' used by citizens, who wish to check their election rolls
and find their place for vote casting, as well as generalised population
data provided for agencies and national organisations.
