HELP – Virtual Guide to Austrian Authorities and Institutions, Federal Chancellery (A) (Theme 2)
HELP is a virtual guide to Austrian authorities, offices and institutions that provides citizens with information on official proceedings, dealings and fees, as well as forms that can be downloaded or completed on-line.

Tax Information between Public Administrations, Agencia Tributaria, Departamento de Informática Tributaria (E) (Theme 3)
This system makes tax information available to other public administrations in order to avoid the individual submission of tax certificates by citizens to different administrative units.

Special Citizens Web Portal, Department of State Information Systems (EE)
The purpose of this special citizens' web portal is to enable citizens to find out what personal data of theirs is stored in the various government databases. Similarly, a MISP portal has been developed for civil servants giving them the right to access data on a need-to-know basis.

3IP – 3 Islands Partnership, Argyll and Bute Council (UK)
The 3 Islands Partnership (3IP) provides access to local, regional, national and international services without the need for extensive and expensive travel. It is intended for both citizens and businesses.

Auto e-Counter, Automobile Club d'Italia (I)
Auto e-Counter is a gateway to access services and information related to car registration and ownership.

REACH – Messaging infrastructure for intragovernmental cooperation (intra-net), Reach Agency (IRL)
REACH with its Inter-Agency Messaging Services (IAMS) is an agency for the integration and improvement of services to customers of the public service in Ireland. It also assists in the exchange of data among agencies in the public service. In the near future it should also ensure the dissemination of notifications of deaths and marriages.

This system covers the planning, drafting and publication of tenders of public procurement, management of all concurrent processes relating to tenders, as well as issues and manages tenders in a secure way.

This is a free support service for customs-related interactions in order to facilitate the day-to-day work and aim at reinforcing Swedish competitiveness.

This is an information portal of the earnings-related pension scheme. It also offers a service to identified insured persons who use a personal authentication card to access internet banking.

e-Vote – Vote for the EU YOU Want, Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs (GR)
e-Vote is an initiative of the Greek Presidency of the European Union to enhance and expand eDemocracy across the EU. This on-line voting project aims to use the latest technology in order to offer citizens new means to participate in ongoing debates and decision-making surrounding the key issues facing the EU today.

e-Enabling Life Event Data (only accessible via the Irish Government VPN), Department of Social and Family Affairs (IRL)
e-Enabling Life Event Data aims at improving the way public services are organised and delivered to the citizens. It is concerned with civil registration and its modernisation, a child-benefit system re-design and an Inter-Agency Messaging Service (IAMS).

Regional Network of Piedmont Schools, CSP/CSI Piemonte (I)
The Regional Network of Piedmont Schools supports the use of ICT in schools in Piedmont with the objective of overcoming the digital divide in the field of education.

This combination of backoffice integration and an ePortal solution serve about 2000 social security institutions by providing possibilities of electronic information exchange. It also includes public and private institutions at a national, regional and local level.

Electronic Information System for Civil Registration and Administration, Department of Civil Registration and Administrative Services, Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (BG)
The highly secure part of this system stores personal data on all Bulgarian citizens, which can be accessed by government employees. Its other free public services include the "web access to election rolls' used by citizens, who wish to check their election rolls and find their place for vote casting, as well as generalised population data provided for agencies and national organisations.

Platform Service-Public Local – Public Sector Data Interchange, Caisse des dépots et Consignatioins/La Documentation Francaise (F)
This initiative enhances the citizen-centred local "one-stop-shop" portal of local authorities by organising data exchange between national, regional and local public bodies.

ENTERPRISE 51 – Single Office for Business Support, WEGO s.r.l. for 51 municipalities of Pordenone and Chamber of Commerce (I)
ENTERPRISE 51 is the portal of a single electronic office providing advice and services to Italian businesses in procedures related to activating, transferring and modifying their activities. Company administration can also be dealt with here irrespective of the number of public administrations involved.
